Story
I am the oldest of 5. I have always been concerned about how I am going to take care of my self and my siblings in the future. I decided that I wanted a degree in an popular science field because the job field is widely available. I have always been a 90's gamer and computer kid. At first I wanted to design computer programs but I became more interested in coding. Therefore, I set out for a degree in computational mathematics.
Educational Goal
I am set to graduate with my AS in the spring of 2013. I hope to transfer to the University of Houston or Texas A&M to earn my bachelors. After I earn my bachelors I will continue to earn my master's. I am the type of person who will not go back to school if I stop so I have decided to keep pushing through school until I earn my master's. With luck and perseverance, I will have this accomplished by the time I turn 25. Then my life can begin.
Career Goal
In all honesty I don't have a specific career goal. I just want to work with computers. However, I have been contemplating becoming a professor at a community college. I personally love college and I don't know what I am going to do when I leave. I would like to become a professor at a college that would allow me to go to classes for free. Then I could settle down and not have to worry about my job and continue my education as I please.
